A smart parent from the Bay Area bought a bank owned 2 bedroom condo for their son who is attending Sac State. This will be a 5 minute commute, from a gated community with pool and workout room. Dealing with the bank and waiting for their acceptance required an immense amount of patience on the condo buyers part but in the end they got one heck of a deal!
