ICRC chief: Suffering in Syria, Iraq at 'unprecendented levels'

The president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Peter Maurer, says the suffering in Syria and Iraq has reached "unprecedented levels", in a statement released Monday along with rare aerial footage of the city of Ramadi in Iraq.
