Rescue services on scene after building destroyed in northeastern Ukraine

Rescuers and volunteers with Ukraine's State Emergency Service attend to the scene of a destroyed building in the city of Okhtyrka in northeastern Ukraine. The service said 40 rescuers and 50 civilians were on site for the rescue, where the bodies of four dead civilians were found.
