Russia says it has targeted Ukraine’s military infrastructure with air and sea-based cruise missiles, destroying over 800 targets. Moscow has denied reports of targeting cities and says it’s taking required measures to avoid civilian casualties. Around 115000 Ukrainians have already crossed into Poland.
