✤ Tomato sauce
-140g Chicken breast
-130g Chopped onions (half large)
-10g(1tbsp) Minced garlic
-2Pinches Salt
-0.5tsp Black pepper
-130g Tomatoes (half large)
-130g(7tbsp) Tomato spaghetti sauce
-1tsp Crushed red pepper

✤ Boil Penne
-500ml Water
-1tsp Salt
-80g Penne pasta noodles

✤ Milk sauce
-30g Butter
-20g (2tbsp) Plain Flour
-240ml Milk

✤ Topping
-140g Mozzarella cheese

✤ TIP
-If you don't have an oven, melt the cheese in the microwave.
-If you eat right away without cheese, boil the noodles for 10 minutes (9 minutes for aldente).
-You can use other types of pasta noodles.
-Oven cooking time: 230℃(446℉) after preheating, 230℃(446℉) 10~15 minutes
-You can add shrimp instead of chicken breast.
-To eat spicy, add 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper.
