Police arrest men involved in fight after pet dog gets run over

Police have arrested two men aged 29 and 44 to help in the investigation of a 1min, 37sec video that went viral showing a man hitting a woman’s car with a stick in Taiping, Perak.
It is learnt that one suspect is the dog owner's son while the other is a male friend of the car driver who were involved in a fight, after the dog was apparently run over by the woman.
