Man who killed two women in horror crash banned from driving for a decade

A man who killed a mother and a top South Australian police officer in a horror crash while affected by undiagnosed bipolar disorder has been banned from driving for a decade. Outside court, the victims' families remembered their loved ones and called for tougher penalties for reckless drivers.
