BJP kicks off its political campaign from western UP

About 5 years ago, during the 2017 assembly elections, there was a lot of noise about the exodus of Hindu families in Kairana, western UP. It was alleged that the Hindus were forced to leave their homes due to the persecution of the majority of Muslims of the area. During the election, the BJP fiercely exploited this issue in the entire western Uttar Pradesh and in a result destroyed all the equations of the opponents.
