SC didn’t refer Azam’s share ownership findings to AGC as there was no breach of law, says insider

According to an insider, the Securities Commission did not refer MACC chief Azam Baki’s share ownership findings to the Attorney-General’s Chambers as there was “no breach” of the share trading law to prosecute.
