List of the many powerful Canadian portfolios currently held by Women : the Honorable Ministers of : Finance, Defence, Foreign affairs, Internal Revenue, Indian Affairs, Trade, Employment, Families, Seniors, Fisheries, Agriculture, Sports, as well as, President of the Treasury Board, the Governor-General of Canada, the Deputy and Acting Prime-minister of Canada, the head of RCMP,,. the Head of the CBC, the President of the Liberal Party of Canada, the Auditor General of Canada, Jody Thomas National Security and Intelligence Advisor to the Prime Minister and, the new ambassador to China Jennifer May who replaces John McCallum ? Also numerous other less well-known Liberal Cabinet postings including the Minister of Gender Equality herself Marci Ien.
