Ipinatutupad na ang "no vaccination card, no entry" policy sa ilang mall at pampublikong transportasyon sa Metro Manila. Ang ilan naman kalapit na probinsya ng Metro Manila gaya ng Cavite, Rizal at Bulacan, isasailalim na rin sa mas mahigpit na Alert Level 3 simula bukas.
