Rajnath Singh addresses Parliament on IAF chopper crash, pays tribute to CDS Gen Bipin Rawat

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh briefed Parliament on the Indian Air Force chopper crash in Tamil Nadu which killed 13 of the 14 people on board, including Chief of Defence General Staff Bipin Rawat and his wife. Gen Bipin Rawat, India's first Chief of Defence Staff, his wife and 11 other armed forces personnel died on Wednesday after the military helicopter they were travelling in crashed near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu, the Indian Air Force said.
