'The awe-striking moment a waterspout turned into a tornado was caught on camera by Crocifisso Marinetti.
Emanating from Sicily, Italy, this footage features the massive twister making its way to the land as another waterspout can be seen forming in the background.
The said natural disaster was one of the many that hit subtropical countries in Europe through mid-November, thanks to a rise in activity of the Mediterranean Storms.
"This was taken on November 16, 2021," the filmer wrote. "I kept filming as the tornado moved from the water to the dock and then to the land. It was scary but a surreal experience at the same time."
