Pre-Program: National Task Force – Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-RTF ELCAC) in Region IX Garden Orchid Hotel, Zamboanga City December 2, 2021
The National Task Force – Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-RTF ELCAC) in Region IX holds a pre-program prior to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s arrival for the Joint Meeting of the said Task Force in Zamboanga City on December 2, 2021.
In the course of the event, NTF-RTF ELCAC holds a presentation of its accomplishments in Region IX and spearheads the turnover of programs and projects from various government agencies in order to bring development to the insurgency-cleared areas in the Region.
Created on 4 December 2018 under Executive Order No. 70 issued by the President, the NTF-ELCAC has been active in implementing a whole-of-nation approach in putting an end to communist insurgency and attaining inclusive and sustainable peace throughout the Philippines.
