Victoria's Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton has told a coronial inquest he stands by his decision to furlough workers at Melbourne's St Basil's aged care home during a fatal COVID outbreak. The inquest is examining the deaths of 50 St Basil's residents in July and August last year.
