Labor has accused the Coalition of trying to amp up the threat of war with China to win votes. Shadow Foreign Affairs Minister Penny Wong is giving a major speech in Canberra this morning laying out Labor's agenda, but she'll also lash out at defence Minister Peter Dutton who has said it's inconceivable that Australia wouldn't join the US if there was a war over Taiwan.
