High Court hearing starts today to decide whether the use of Napier Barracks is legal

The High Court has heard six asylum seekers who lived at the Napier Barracks feel they are victims of either torture or human trafficking or both. In a two day hearing, lawyers representing the men are arguing that being house there was a breach of human rights.
