New Zealand's team is on Indian tour these days, where they have to play three T20 and two Test matches against India, which will run till December, New Zealand's regular captain Kane Williamson is not a part of this series. He has been given rest in view of the busy schedule. In such a situation, now a different policy has come out from New Zealand in which New Zealand management will change the captain during this entire T20 series to reduce the workload i.e. now in all three T20 matches, different captains will be seen from New Zealand side.

न्यूज़ीलैंड की टीम इन दिनों भारतीय दौरे पर है जहा उन्हें भारत के विरुद्ध तीन टी20 और 2 टेस्ट मैचों की श्रृंखला खेलनी है जो दिसम्बर महीने तक चलेगी न्यूजीलैंड के नियमित कप्तान केन विलियमसन इस सीरीज का हिस्सा नहीं हैं। उन्हें व्यस्त कार्यक्रम को देखते हुए आराम दिया गया है। ऐसे में अब न्यूज़ीलैंड की तरफ से एक अलग पॉलिसी सामने आई है जिसमे वर्कलोड कम करने के लिए न्यूज़ीलैंड मैनेजमेंट इस पूरी टी20 श्रृंखला के दौरान कप्तान बदलेगा यानी की अब तीनों टी20 मैचों में न्यूज़ीलैंड की तरफ से अलग-अलग कप्तान देखने को मिलेगा।
