Heavy rain brings flood risk alongside COVID outbreak in regional Moree

Heavy rain is forecast to continue across much of the country, particularly in south Queensland and Northern NSW. For Moree, memories of flooding from March are still fresh, while it battles a COVID outbreak which has disproportionately impacted the local indigenous community.
