Former NSW MP Daryl Maguire has admitted he misused his position by attempting to obtain confidential government information and benefit a property developer. Mr Maguire has been giving evidence to the independent commission against corruption where he's also revealed details about his secret relationship with former premier, Gladys Berejiklian.
