It is great for a lunch box or a breakfast for Kids. Learn how to make egg sushi. It's a simple and easy egg recipe, it can be made in finger food size or bigger rice ball size.
Ingredients of EGG Sushi:
Butter - 1 tbsp
Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
Cooked rice - 2 cups
Pepper - ½ tbsp
Vinegar - ⅓ tbsp
Soya sauce - ¼ tbsp
Salt - ¼ tbsp
Eggs - 2
Salt - ¼ tbsp
Pepper - ¼ tbsp
Whisk together
If you like extra spicy add 2 finely chopped chilies with some vinegar
Make roll out of eggs and fill with rice
