Since there was a driver shortage, the original Greyhound bus Line went out of Service upon arrival in Richmond Virginia. There was going to be a special Charter bus that departed Richmond at 8:00 am after a 2 hour layover. The charter bus was provided by Adventure Tours from Washington DC that was sitting outside. This was the bus to continue to Atlanta Georgia although my destination was Charlotte, North Carolina. The road that we will travel is on US 64 west of Rocky Mount North Carolina.
