Dog Freaks Out By Sound of Dragging Chair And Runs Around Wildly

Otto, the dog, was with his owner at a dog-friendly brewery patio. While he was enjoying a beer with another guy, the dog moved to stretch. But his leash got stuck on the chair, making a screeching sound by getting dragged on the floor. The dog freaked out and ran crazily. He ran into the furniture and flipped it over. After spilling the beer and causing enough chaos, the guy calmed the dog down.
