India army personnel Vittal Kadakol's family has been boycotted from Totagatti villagers for not giving land to build Anganwadi. The family has been boycotted for the last 3 years. The villagers are obstructing the marriage of the soldier Vittal and his brother too. Vittal's parents shed tears while speaking as the villagers are not allowing for their children's marriage.
