Creamy tomato sauce

Ingredients:
1 large onion
2 large cloves of garlic
4 cups tomato puree
7 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh/dry oregano

Instructions:
Peel onion and garlic. Using a knife cut a few small notches in the garlic cloves.
Place all ingredients in a small pot and cook on high heat until boils.
Lower heat to a minimum and cook for 45 minutes. Stir gently every few minutes.
Serve on pasta with feta cheese and fresh oregano on top, or use this sauce for
pizza, shakshuka, and more.
