Tamil family pleads to be allowed back to Queensland

Supporters of an asylum seeker family detained on Christmas Island have rejected Foreign Minister Maris Payne's suggestions they could be resettled in another country such as the US or New Zealand. Aron MyIvaganam from the Tamil refugee council in Melbourne says allowing the family to return to Bioela is the most humane option.
