Monay bread one of classic pinoy bread. It really so fluffy and moist in the inside.
✔️Dough
1 cup milk (fresh or evap)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 large egg
3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup dry milk powder
3 tbsp margarine
Eggwash (1 whole egg + 2tbsp milk)
Baking time: 20 mins @ 150C
