The new MVP of the 2020-21 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, point guard Vasilije Micic of Anadolu Efes Istanbul, was in for a big surprise on Wednesday when what he thought was a team meeting turned out to be a visit from Euroleague Basketball President and CEO Jordi Bertomeu with the MVP trophy, a celebration with his teammates and Efes club president Tuncay Ozilhan, and emotional congratulations messages from his father and sister.
