Number of cases linked to Melbourne cluster grows to 15

The Victorian Government hasn’t ruled out a further tightening of coronavirus restrictions as Melbourne’s outbreak grows. Professor Bruce Thompson of Swinburne University says the lockdown measures are the most effective at stopping the spread.
