Rajasthan: Covid-19 protocols violated at Bharatiya Tribal Party MLA’s wedding

As Rajasthan continues to witness a surge in Covid-19 cases, the state government has issued strict guidelines to contain the spread of infection. Under the Covid-19 advisory, Rajasthan has limited the number of guests at a wedding to 50. But the Covid protocols were flouted at the wedding of Bharatiya Tribal Party MLA Rajkumar Roat at Dungarpur in Rajasthan. A large number of people had gathered for the event, flouting Covid-appropriate behaviour, which includes wearing face masks and maintain social distance.
