While Ertugrul is captured by slave traders, disputes flare up within Cavdar tribe, which is under the sovereignty of Aslihan and her husband Turgut Alp. Bahadir Bey (Aslihan's uncle) did not calm down to control the tribe, he and his son Sancar, taking advantage of the absence of Ertugrul, tried to take over the tribe.
In a meeting between them and Ameer Sadettin Kopek, Bahadir insulted Turgut and Aslihan Hatun with words, but Turgut could not be silent and conceal his anger. Bahadir stabbed Turgut strongly in the shoulder with his dagger intending to kill him, but Turgut did what was necessary.. (watch clips from ep. 09)
