Queensland coal miner injured despite safety concerns regularly being raised

A coal miner seriously injured in a blast in central Queensland last year says the pressure of the explosion was like standing in a cyclone. Wayne Sellers told an inquiry this week that he and other colleagues regularly raised safety concerns about the Grosvenor mine in Bowen Basin.
