SES has made 850 flood rescues in the past 24 hours

There have been less flood rescues, with many people listening to advice of not driving through flood waters. Deputy Commissioner Daniel Austin says rivers level are rising in Grafton and the NSW SES are keeping track of Moree as low-lying parts of the town may see impacts.
