जम्मू-कश्मीर में जारी आतंकवादी गतिविधियों के बीच डीजीपी दिलबाग सिंह ने शुक्रवार को बड़ा बयान दिया है. उन्होंने कहा है कि हमारा फर्ज है कि घाटी के नौजवानों को गलत रास्ते पर जाने से रोकें. इसमें हमें कामयाबी मिल रही है. जम्मू-कश्मीर के काफी बच्चे इस बात को समझ भी रहे हैं. इस बात को ध्यान में रखते हुए अब हम मुठभेड़ के दौरान भी लोगों को सरेंडर करने का मौका देते हैं. देखें वीडियो
