The Northern Territory's Chief Minister Michael Gunner says the Top End will take over operation of the Howard Springs quarantine facility from the Commonwealth, under a new deal to boost its capacity. The 850 bed facility will quarantine up to 2,000 international arrivals a fortnight by late May.
