There is lot of confusion about the working of the Private detective and Police. The possibility
of crime in society, and the crime has been done the difference between the both one has to understood. There is the possibility of crime, or if someone has any kind of doubt work on Private Detective begins from the same. But if someone has committed a crime than the police work is the most important there. When the police do the investigation they do it very openly. During the investigation, the police can interrogate anyone without his consent, but when Private Detectives do the investigation, they do it in a very confidential way. During Private Detectives investigation they keep there identity hidden until the end. Code of criminal procedure remains for the police within the scope of which they work. Police work is to maintain law and order in the society, If there is any serious crime, any violence or cognizable offence against the society or individual, than it comes under the jurisdiction of the police. While Private Detectives do not have any type of government power, all the investigation of Private detective depend on its ground intelligence, experience, knowledge, own source, analytical skill and spy gadget. Private Detectives have to collect information and evidences for their clients left in all these circle. The scope of policing wearies from one state to another and across the country, whereas Private Detective is no scope of a work space. Private Detectives work from one state to another i.e. across the country. That is, Private Detective is free to work in any area of the world.
