Shops and nurseries open as restrictions eased in Europe

Vienna residents flocked to the shops, as authorities downgraded its 'corona traffic light' from red to orange.
This means schools, non-essential shops, hairdressers, museums and zoos are open again.
Bars, restaurants and cafes remain closed.
In the Netherlands a nationwide reopening of childcare facilities allowed parents and children to get back into a routine.
Schools and nurseries have been closed since mid-December as a precautionary measure amid a spike in COVID-19 infections.
