This girl got emotional after her foster mom gifted her a car on her eighteenth birthday. The daughter got nervous when her mom handed a box to her and asked her to open it. She found an image of her new car inside the box and began to sob. The mom hugged her daughter as she began to cry happy tears after receiving this wonderful surprise.
