Farmers firm on repeal of farm laws; TN braces for churning as Sasikala gears up for release; more

Representatives of farmers, who have been camping at several Delhi border points demanding a complete repeal of the three farm laws and legal guarantee of minimum support price (MSP) for close to two months, have reached Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi to hold 9th round of talks with the government on Friday. Meanwhile, former AIADMK supremo and late chief minister Jayalalithaa's close aide Sasikala is expected to be released from Parapanna Agrahara prison on January 27.
