Utoya massacre memorial angers Norwegian neighbours

At a site opposite the Norwegian island of Utoya, construction is underway for a memorial commemorating the 77 people killed by Anders Behring Breivik on the island in 2011. But residents of the area, including Terje Lien who helped rescue people during the attack, are now trying to stop the construction and change its location as it will be a constant reminder of the trauma.
