Drunk driver causes a minor crash caught on dash cam

This happened 01/02/2021.
After this drunk idiot swerved all over the road and intentionally stopped. He proceeded to approach me, I shut and locked my door and he tried to bash my window out. Then he fled the scene. Unfortunately my two children were in the car with me and had to witness this maniac.
