Woody Woodpecker (1941)

12 years ago28.8K views

Here's Woody Woodpecker's first cartoon on his own! He first appeared in KNOCK KNOCK (1940) with Andy Panda.

Woody Woodpecker sings, "Everybody thinks I'm crazy." The other animals manage to convince him that he is, so he sees a shrink named Dr. Horace N. Buggy, a fox who's as crazy as he is. Woody heckles Dr. Buggy -- hilarity ensues.

ANIMATION: Les Kline did mostly everything up to the owl stomping his feet and Woody falling out of the tree.
