On Thursday, all eyes are on the second round of talks between the Centre and the protesting farmer unions after a dialogue between the two parties on Tuesday failed to end the standoff over the new farm laws. Meanwhile, Tamil Nadu and Kerala are on high alert as Cyclone Burevi inches closer to the southern coast.
