Advocacy groups say GBV must be uprooted throughout society

Now, as the world marks 16 Day of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, advocacy groups are calling for activism. Tolerance of all forms of GBV has become a norm. One could attribute this to weariness following daily stories about rapes, femicide and violence against our women and children. But how do we uproot complacency.
