Supreme Court का फैसला, CBI Investigation के लिए राज्यों की सहमति लेना जरूरी | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The decision of the Supreme Court has now come about the CBI investigation in the states. The Supreme Court has clearly said that it is necessary to get the consent of the states for CBI investigation. The Supreme Court has given this decision after eight states withdrew their general consent. In a judgment, the Supreme Court confirmed this and said that this provision is in accordance with the federal character of the Constitution.

राज्यों में सीबीआई जांच को लेकर अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट का फैसला आ गया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ साफ कहा है कि CBI जांच के लिए राज्यों की सहमति लेना जरूरी है. आठ राज्यों ने सामान्य सहमति वापस लिए जाने के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने ये फैसला दिया है. एक फैसले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इसकी पुष्टि करते हुए कहा कि ये प्रावधान संविधान के संघीय चरित्र के अनुरूप है.
