Sushil Modi's election as a leader could not be held at the BJP Legislature Party meeting. Later, at the National Democratic Alliance meeting, Nitish Kumar's name was approved as the Chief Minister, but no decision could be taken on the Deputy Chief Minister. BJP leader and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that soon it will be informed. After this, Sushil Modi made several tweets one after the other, in which his pain is seen.

बीजेपी के विधानमंडल दल की बैठक में सुशील मोदी का बतौर नेता चुनाव नहीं हो सका। बाद में राष्‍ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन की बैठक में मुख्‍यमंत्री के रूप में नीतीश कुमार के नाम पर तो मुहर लग गई, लेकिन उपमुख्‍यमंत्री को लेकर कोई फैसला नहीं हो सका। बीजेपी के नेता और रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा जल्‍द ही इसकी जानकारी दी जाएगी। इसके बाद सुशील मोदी ने एक के बाद एक कई ऐसे ट्वीट किए, जिनमें उनका दर्द छलकता नजर आ रहा है।
