In Honor of Veterans Day we bring to you ....Continuing to Serve with Guest, Retired Army Master Sergeant, Dr. Augustus Francis. Master Sergeant Dr. Augustus Francis a Twenty-three year veteran joined the United States Army in February 1978 and began his career in the Army Chemical Corps at FT McClellan, AL.

Dr Francis is nearing completion of his second career as an Army civilian and serves as a leader in his church and community. Come hear his story and how he continues to serve those around him.

Paul Holbert, is a twenty-one-year retired army veteran and author who conveys his experiences and imagination in works of adventure and fiction.

Despite health struggles following his military service, Paul feels fortunate and uses writing as a form of therapy to deal with PTSD. He also wanted to find a way to give back to other veterans who struggle with everyday life which led him to doing the show on the Going Solo Network.

He and his wife make their home in northern Virginia, where he currently works for a federal agency and serves as an adjunct professor, teaching for a local college.
