Mumbai: Heavy Rains Causes Water-Logging, Jams & Delay in Train & Flight Services

Heavy rains lashed Mumbai and surrounding areas on Friday, bringing respite from the intense heat in the financial capital. Heavy rainfall across Mumbai not only brought relief from the prolonged spell of intense heat with the temperature dipping substantially, but also caused waterlogging in several parts of the city. Local train services were slightly delayed on Central, Harbour and Western lines due to rains.
