Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be addressing 12 election rallies from October 23 in poll-bound Bihar. He will be accompanied by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. According to the schedule, PM Modi will be addressing the people in Sasaram on October 28, followed by Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur and Patna on the same day. On November 1, the prime minister will hold rallies in Chhapra, Motihari and Samastipur.
