A 12-year-old girl was seen running away before she was pinned to the ground by Hong Kong riot police during a protest on September 6, 2020. The girl said that she was in the area to buy painting supplies with her brother. They were both fined for violating coronavirus social-distancing rules against gatherings of more than two people.
